This morning I managed to lock myself out of my car when I got out to scrape the ice off of my windshield. I called Mark and he let me know what it would cost to unlock my car before he came out. He was quick and careful, taking precautions to make sure his equipment didn't scratch my door. I was the first unlock of the day bright and early before 6:30 AM, but he got to my location within 10 minutes. He was cheerful and very kind. I was hardly even late for work. I will definitely put Coulee Locks in my telephone contacts.

Mark was amazing thank you so much. I flew home from La Crosse to Pennsylvania and forgot my keys for my van back in Pennsylvania. Mark met me at my van within 15 minutes of me landing at La Crosse airport unlocked van made me 2 new transponder keys and an unlock key to hide somewhere on my van so I don’t get locked out. He also gave me the key code so if anything like this happens again I can have a key made at a locksmith without a service call. Unbelievably nice person and this was on a Sunday afternoon. Very professional and very reasonably priced. I can’t recommend and thank him enough. Anyone that ever needs a locksmith in the area I highly recommend Mark.

Mark has been fabulous to work with. He's a great communicator, constantly updating us on the progress of re-keying our entire building.
